Reserve your bike on Friday night for a demo ride during our bike ride.

All are welcome to Historic Downtown Upland but only riders who pre-registered by 11/7/10 for the event may take advantage of the early check-in. 

Come enjoy music and dine at one of the restaurants located in downtown.  Watch for more details!

New This Year - Highlander Century 100 miles

The Tour de Foothills is the premier Inland Valley cycling event, drawing participants from throughout the southwest.

New for this year to provide an additional challenge to strong riders, we are adding the Highlander Century route in addition to our metric and half metric century routes.  As with all our routes, the Highlander Century will be fully supported with ride marshals, support vehicles and rest stops.  We have several intriguing options for the route, and we will announce the details of the Highlander Century course when the route is finalized.

The Metric Century (62 miles) and Half Metric Century (31 miles) rides, wind around the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains and into the Inland Empire. Both courses begin and end at Memorial Park in Upland.   The Metric Century ride has 3000 feet of climbing and the Half Metric approximately 1000 feet of climbing.
There are rest and water stops along the way with lunch following. There are no road closures; you are riding on public streets, please be cautious at all times and follow the state laws on biking.  Helmets are mandatory.

Check-In: Pre-Registered Riders (registered by 11/7/10)

  • 6 am for Century & Metric Century Riders
  • 8 am for Half Metric Century Riders
