Volunteer Roles

Friday, November 8th: 12PM - 5PM

​

• Event Setup: Setting up store & registration canopies and displaying bike ride signage. ​

• Additional roles will be appointed on arrival.

​

Saturday, November 9th: 5:30AM - 10AM | 2PM - 6PM

​

• Check-In Team: Assist with participant registration and provide event materials.

• Rest Stop Assistants: Help manage rest areas, offering refreshments and encouragement.

• Cleanup Crew: Assist with post-event clean-up.​​​

• Additional roles will be appointed on arrival.
